Equity Erudition

Delrisha White is a dynamic social impact leader who confronts educational inequity, racial, and socioeconomic injustice through education and storytelling. 

Her life’s work is a culmination of her experience growing up in a family impacted by poverty, as well as the criminal justice and child welfare systems. 

Delrisha is the founder and principal consultant at Equity Erudition,  where she curates in-person and digital learning experiences for organizational leaders and families looking to deepen their understanding of racial equity and practice anti-racism.
